It took us two weeks….lots of coffee, and a whole lot of fun! BUT WE DID IT!
We took the basic concept of mixing both the physical with the virtual.
Discription:
-A candle is lit a heat sensor picks up on the temperature and sends a signal to the arduino.
-Once the signal is processed via the arduino code a fan is turned on to blow out the candle
-Using processing a video is played of Chantelle blowing air (in the direction of the candle.
Problems:
The biggest issue of this project was getting the arduino to speak to processing, in order to initiate the video. We also weren’t aware of how the heat sensor worked, so we had a lot of trial and error.
My Job:
My group was awesome, we shared all the responsibilities when it came to this project. The job i most enjoyed was the coding by trying to figure out how the code went together in order to produce the desired output. I found that we shared each duty and gave a helping hand where ever needed.

End Result:
The project came together as planned, and as a group we were satisfied with the end result. If we were to further develop this project I would like to increase the scale of the video as mentioned in class during the critique.
